The Philippine Embassy informs the public of its upcoming Consular Outreach Mission, otherwise known as the Consular on Wheels (COW), to be conducted in Kuala Belait on 26 February (Sunday) 2023 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the NSEY Hotel, Lot 75 Jalan Bunga Raya, Kuala Belait.
