The Philippine Embassy is urging all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to continually update their OWWA membership during their stay in Brunei Darussalam.

OFWs can verify the status of their OWWA membership by visiting the OWWA Office in the Philippine Embassy and bringing along their Philippine passports and copies of their contracts.

The renewal of OWWA membership costs B$35.00 and is on a per-contract basis.

All OWWA-registered members can avail of OWWA services that range from disability and death benefits, scholarships and financial assistance for education and training, workers assistance and on-site services, and social services and family welfare assistance.
