BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 20 July 2019 - The Philippine Embassy joined the ASEAN Diplomatic Missions in Brunei Darussalam in rendering cultural performances during the annual ASEAN Mini Concert titled “International Night” on 20 July 2019, at the Open Space in front of the Royal Regalia Museum. The event, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS), in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, was held in conjunction with the 73rd birthday celebration of His Majesty The Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.
Representing the Philippines were performers from the Sarjana Education Group who rendered traditional Muslim dances, such as Pangalay, Malong, Tubao, Kini-Kini and sang the popular Filipino song Noong Unang Panahon.
