Today is the 10th Anniversary of the Day of the Seafarer.

The Day of the Seafarers is an annual, international commemorative event coordinated by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

This year's theme is "Seafarers are Key Workers" which highlights the vital role of seafarers as frontline workers who ensure efficient transportation of basic goods and services around the globe.
