Members of the Filipino community are invited to attend a Briefing on the Syariah Penal Code Order of 2013, to be held on Thursday, 27 February 2014, at 1:30pm at the Philippine Chancery.

The Embassy’s offices shall be closed after 12 noon on 27 February 2014 to give way to the said briefing. Regular Embassy operations shall resume the next day, 28 February 2014.

This briefing is being organized by the Philippine Embassy in cooperation with the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Darussalam to promote understanding and awareness of the new Code among members of the Filipino community.
